This line is used for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts:
Sand dryer and screen, material store silo, screw conveyor, dosing system,
Bucket elevator, mixer, end product silo, packing machine and stacker, dust
Collector and control system. The productivity is 5-80T/h.
According to the structure type, it can be classified into tower type, series type and workshop type. It is up to the character of raw materials and
workshop situation. The needed area is 500~5000m2.
