General description

SP series static phase modifier is var compensator, it is designed to save energy for large and medium type of wound rotor asynchronous Motor. It cascades in the rotor circuit, it change the phase position between stator circuit and stator voltage through change the phase position between the rotor circuit and rotor voltage, then enhance the power factor of motor, lower the stator electricity and lower the own consumption of motor.
SP series static phase modifier is different with self-excitation(rotary type) phase modifier. It adopt advanced AC-AC frequency conversion and micro computer and SCR, it can track the change of running of motor and adjust the phase position automatically, which can achieve the best compensation effect. The self-excitation phase modifier can't do it. The structure of SP series phase modifier is dustproof, high reliability, long service life, easy maintenance, it is high technology product instead of self-excitation phase modifier.
SP series static phase modifier is widely used in these industries: cement, chemical, steel, metallurgy and mine.

Performance character
1. The compensation is much better than capacitance compensation, the integrated performance is better than rotary type phase modifier, energy saving effect is prominent.
