BCS-50MS Valve bag packer
BCS-50MS automatic dosing valve bag packer is a new generation packer. It adopts low pressure pulse air floating conveying(patented technology), it transport the material uniformly by the low pressure pulse compressed air passing through the super wearable air-floating device, adjust automatic double stroke gate valve(patented technology) to fulfill fast feeding and precise feeding , output from ceramic spout, it is controlled by touch panel.
The packer is suitable for packing different type of raw materials. All powders with moisture content below than 5% and the mixture of powder and aggregate(≤5mm) can be packed, Such as industrial micro-powder, powdery pigment, powdery chemical, flour and food additives, all types of dry mortar and others.

1. lower energy consumption
power consumption is 60w/hour, save energy 98% than traditional packer, air consumption is 0.1-0.2m3/minute, lower 80% than traditional packer.
2. low-wear
It use low air pressure control, it's nearly no extrusion onto the material, the minimal friction reduce the abrasion of tank, no abrasion of mechanical transmission, the ceramic spout is anti-abrasive, 20-50 times than carbon steel, the friction factor is very small because of glazing outside and inside.
3. small air pollution
it use low pressure instant flowrate control, the mixed air is very few during transportation, what's more, it is super low pressure(about 0.01-0.05Mpa), it avoid expanding the bag and breaking the bag and leakage, lower dust flying 70-90% than traditional packer.
4. Control the packing precision efficiency
It is controlled by touch panel, simple and clear, adopt the double stroke gate valve, can adjust the feeding quantity automatic. The material is flowed, the impaction is small, easy to be controlled.
5. High reliability
The pneumatic element is Airtac brand, the electric components are European brand, the butterfly valve is WAM.
6. The operation panel is easy to learn
It has belt control button and hopper vibration button, it can empty the hopper without opening when change product type.
