Product Description

Shanghai Newwall Machinery provide turnkey dry mortar mix plant 
since 2003,we not only manufacture whole machines including automation,
 but also install the machine on site and provide formulation. The 
machine productivity is 5-80T/h. During 13 years, we have finished over 200 
dry mortar mix plants at home and abroad. We have special technology
 about the rotary sand dryer and round firebrick burning furnace.
The dry mortar  mix plant consists of the following parts: sand dryer and screen, 
material store silo, screw conveyor, bucket elevator,weighing system,mixer,
end product silo, packing machine and stacker, dust collector and control system.
 According to the structure type, it can be classified into workshop type, series type
 and tower type.
 
For workshop type dry mortar mix plant, normally the capacity is 5-20tph,
 the main raw materials can be dosed manually, then hoisted into mixer 
by bucket elevator. The investment is the cheapest one.
